1. Who we are

RDV Pilot (rdvdesk.com and app.rdvdesk.com) is online software operated from Morocco. Contact: support@rdvdesk.com.

2. The service

RDV Pilot is software for travel agencies. It continuously monitors the appointment calendar of the BLS visa centre (Spain and Portugal, in Morocco) and, when a slot opens, automatically books that slot on behalf of the agency's client, using BLS accounts that RDV Pilot creates and manages for the agency. It also includes client file management, the applicant's face verification on their own phone (RDV-Scan app) and handing the BLS payment to the applicant.

RDV Pilot is not affiliated with BLS International, VFS Global, TLScontact, or any consulate or government body. We do not sell appointments and hold no stock of them: appointments are made on the visa centre's official website, and visa centre fees are paid by the applicant directly to the centre.

3. Account and licence

• One licence covers one agency and the team members its owner invites.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• You must be a business or professional; the service is not intended for minors.

4. Trial, subscription and payment

• The free trial lasts 3 days and needs no card.
• The paid licence is a monthly subscription (8,000 MAD per month), renewed automatically each month until cancelled.
• On top of it, 200 MAD per appointment booked by RDV Pilot for one of the agency's clients, whatever the centre or visa type. An appointment counts as booked once it has been handed to the applicant for the BLS payment or confirmed by the visa centre; this fee is charged automatically to the saved payment method.
• Current prices are those on our pricing at the time of billing.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access stays open until then.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. What we do not guarantee

You pay for software, not a result. Slot availability depends solely on the visa centre, which may change its website, rules or quotas at any time. We do not guarantee obtaining an appointment, any specific date, or the consulate's visa decision.

6. Your obligations

• Enter only accurate client information, with your clients' consent, in compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on personal data protection.
• Let the applicant complete the face verification and pay the visa centre fees themselves.
• Do not resell appointments to third parties or charge for an appointment beyond your usual service fees.
• Do not copy, resell, lend, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the licence limits.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We keep it up to date when the visa centre's website changes, but we are not liable for missed appointments, visa centre outages, consular decisions or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current month.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a licence used in breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time; your data is then deleted as described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco; failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Morocco have exclusive jurisdiction.
