RDV Pilot is professional (B2B) software. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller.

Free trial

3 free days, no card needed: test the full service before paying.

No refunds after payment

Because the free trial lets you test before any purchase, payments are non-refundable, including for a started or unused month.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. The subscription stops at the end of the paid period with no further charge; access stays open until then.

Billing errors

A duplicate charge, or a charge taken after you cancelled, is refunded in full. Write to support@rdvdesk.com with your account email.

Visa centre fees

Visa centre fees are paid by the applicant directly to the centre; we never collect them and cannot refund them.
